By accessing Deepstep Atelier, you agree to maintain accurate account details and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may access modular painting courses solely for personal development and non-commercial skill building. Redistribution, resale, or public performance of course materials without prior written consent from Deepstep Atelier is prohibited. You must not upload harmful code, scrape content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

Course purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via your account dashboard. All prices are listed in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time course enrollments. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are not available for courses accessed beyond the 14-day window or for completed digital downloads. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All course content, videos, workbooks, and branding remain the exclusive property of Deepstep Atelier. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal study only. Any derivative work created from our materials must credit Deepstep Atelier and may not be commercialized.

Deepstep Atelier provides courses “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of all course materials and delete any locally stored copies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Deepstep Atelier reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available at this URL.
